What is MP3 Running ?
Like all good ideas, the concept is very simple. We have designed specific running tracks to improve the way you run and feel. We are using the power of rhythm and specific coaching to bring more quality to your workout sessions, creating a positive environment for physical and mental well being.

MP3 Running has been developed over the last 5 years, combining the new technologies of MP3 with tested running training. It is based on a method that has specifically been created to meet the needs of athletes, as well as casual joggers.

Rhythm and coaching
MP3 Running provides you with a structured training session of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. We have composed special rhythmic tracks that match the the natural gait of a jogger. With a blend of gentle but energetic trance and electronica, the compositions are painstakingly created for appropriate tempo and vibe. Each session is carefully paced out to start slowly, lift runners to a comfortable and sustainable pace, and then calmly return them to a cool-out phase. Tracks feature specific sections that allow runners to keep running, or walk, according to their personal fitness level.

Positive coaching
We not only give you a structured running session that will help you progress more easily- we use the time you spend on the tracks to improve your mental strength as well. According to the tracks you choose, MP3 Running will coach you to better breathing, improve your motivation and vitality in general. You can download tracks with no coaching where you can simply follow the beat.

Meditation
Through the repetitive nature of the running experience, the jogger enters what is referred to as the "Zone" - very similar to a meditative space where mental activity slows down and thoughts move in to the background of our consciousness. In this meditative running space - free of mental noise - the jogger is introduced to positive affirmations that take root in the conscious and subconscious mind. The effectiveness of these affirmations is highly increased due to the fact that the jogger is experiencing these affirmations while mentally quite and receptive - allowing these positive affirmations to take root
