How to run better with MP3 Running

MP3 Running provides you with training session that will help you improve your mental and physical power.

You have the choice between 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions, depending on your level of fitness. All the tracks include a warm-up, training and cool-down section. As an MP3Running specialty we have created so called "Free Run Zones" within the tracks to let you really live the body/mind experience. This will also help you apply the new capacities in your other running sessions, races or simply in your daily activities.

Once you have downloaded the tracks, we recommend that you use them for at least three weeks - two to three MP3Running sessions a week. Step by step, you will build up your capacities to run further, easier and faster.

To find the best sessions for you, please read through the description of each track. Tracks can easily be downloaded on your computer and you can purchase them through our secured payment system, provided by PayPal, the international reference for online payments. All major credit cards are accepted. New tracks are being created every months and you can check back on our website or sign up for our newsletter to get them first hand.
