We recommend, especially for beginners, provided on the flat track so you can entirely focus on the body mind training. It is also easier to find your running rhythm and to fine tune your movements. Always make sure you run in a safe place, away from cars, traffic or any other potential danger.

Can I get instrumental tracks only?

For example you can get all the coached tracks (30min /45 min. /60 min.) in a package, or another package offers mixed coached tracks and instrumental tracks.
