This is a track for advanced runners who want to improve endurance and energy to run longer and easier, powered by their own motivation. It gives you the basic soundtrack for your 60 minute running session with alternating rhythm sections and Free Run Zones. You need to be able to run at least 45 minutes to fully enjoy this. If you want to build your endurance we suggest you choose the mind/body coaching session first.
The download of the track only takes a couple of minutes, depending on your Internet connection. We are working with the secure online payment system PayPal and you can pay with your credit card.
